We will send separate emails shortly to collect the necessary information and images. Please keep an eye on your inbox and respond promptly to ensure we receive everything promptly.
please provide the following items.
1. 2 x Images representing your work – an image of the piece you will be showing.
with a short artist statement. If this is not possible, please upload an example of your most recent work.
2. Images should be uploaded by 27th September and short statements
3. Images must be JPEGS no more than 4 inches (1200px) on the long edge 300dpi –labelled with your name. E.g. John Smith and title of work
4. We will also need your information details: website and Instagram etc.
Labels for hanging pieces only.
The exhibition label are prepared before the exhibition date and info must be given in digital form.
1. Please ensure that you fill out the form accurately with the following details:
John Smith
Snow
Etching.
£300 framed
£180 unframed
2. We will be sending a digital form in separate emails shortly.
Hanging requirements
1. Framed work should have D rings attached at the back. These should be placed
approximately 7cm from the top. Clip frames are not allowed.
2. All work should be labelled at the back with your name, title, price and code.
3. The code should be your full initials plus a number:
1 for item 1, 2 for item 2 and so on.
For example, John Smith (Wall piece ) will be JS-W1, JS-W2, JS-W3 etc. the ‘W’ identifies that this is a Wall piece.
4. Each exhibitor has limited space for up to two pieces of hanging work, with sizes not exceeding A1.
5. We encourage artists' books, freestanding and sculptural printing work. Please email
the team in advance with any special requirements as these need to be discussed with the hanging team.
6. Framed and hung works cannot be removed from the walls until the
end of the exhibition. Exhibitors are responsible for delivering or arranging the collection of sold work.

Wrapped prints for Browsers and Cards
1. Each artist can deliver 4 wrapped prints and 10 cards. all wrapped prints and cards are labelled at the back with name, title, price and code.
(NB. You will not be able to bring additional items after submission of the consignment form.)
2. Wrapped prints and cards must be included in your consignment form. Exhibitors are
responsible for keeping their record of what they have left for sale in the browser and
card areas.
3. In an aim to improve sales and track them more effectively, we’re asking each exhibitor to use a unique code for each item delivered.
The code should be your full initials + 1 for item 1, 2 for item 2 and so on.
For example, John William Smith will be JS-B1, JS-B2, JS-B3 etc. The ‘B’ identifies that these are BROWSER pieces. Therefore JS-C1 would be the code for CARDS and so on.
Consignment and purchaser details form
1. Print out and complete the consignment form. Print this at A4 and landscape.
2. Bring a printed copy of the form when you deliver your work. This will be signed by a
member of the exhibition team on delivery.
3. Sales and purchaser details will be recorded on a separate form.
4. All work on sale should have a unique code as indicated above.
5. The consignment form must be complete and delivered with your work.
Delivery of work to the Jack House Gallery.
1. All work together with the form should be delivered to The JH Gallery on Monday 21
October between 11 am – 5 pm
2. Attach a paper label or tag to the side of your work that includes your name, the title and the price of the work. This makes it easier to put the printed wall label and work together while hanging in the gallery.
3. Work once delivered, must have all packaging and wrapping material removed.
We cannot store any wrapping, portfolios or foil bags that are left behind.
Collection of work from the Jack House Gallery.
1. All work should be collected from the JH Gallery on Saturday 2 November between 4 pm – 6 pm once the show ends.
2. We will have a list of exhibitors’ contact details to give to purchasers if they need to arrange delivery.
